Both private and small group classes.

Pilates
Pilates group classes are limited to small numbers.
All exercises can be progressed to make them more challenging or regressed to make them easier. Therefore Pilates is ideal for people of all ages and abilities, as well as for those with injuries and/or or physical limitations.
Pilates stretches, strengthens and lengthens all the major muscle groups in the body.
It improves flexibility, strength, balance, but also the connectivity with your body.

Mondays from 7:30 to 8:30 PM
Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 PM

bodyART®
bodyART® is a functional holistic training, performed on the mat with bare feet.
bodyART® is a perfect balance between elements of strength, flexibility, balance, breathing and back therapy.
bodyART® training focuses on the person as a whole with complex functionality. The multiple positions in bodyART® together with breathing techniques, physical training and mental relaxation will achieve perfect harmony.
 
Jeannette’s Classes are always focused on and adapted to the needs of the individual.

Saturdays from10:00 to 11:00 AM
 
Personal Training
60 minute private sessions for individuals not confident enough for group classes or wishing a dedicated approach to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals.
